Ingredients
Marinate
• 1kg chicken pieces
• 100gm shallots
• 1 thumb ginger (minced)
• 1 tbsp curry powder
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 11/2 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
Method of Cooking
Mix all ingredients with chicken & marinate for 4-5hrs or overnite. Remove coriander leaves before frying
